A new case has been filed against Rishab Shetty, Mythri Movie Makers regarding the movie Jai Hanuman.
Mythri Movie Makers were facing the legal issues due to the stampede case of Sandhya Theatre, recently they got relief from it but now a case has been filed on them, along with Mythri Movie Makers, Rishab Shetty and Prashant Varma are involved in this case. Advocate Mamidal Thirumal Rao has filed a case against them for showcasing Lord Hanuman in the human face avatar.
The advocate in the recent press meet revealed that he has filed a case against Rishab Shetty and the makers of Jai Hanuman in the Nampally Court for properly not showcasing Lord Hanuman in the teaser of Jai Hanuman,which was released on 30th October 2024. Advocate stated that the lord Hanuman was shown in the human face avatar instead of traditional form.
Advocate further revealed that the court has also also accepted the case and the motive behind this case is to make sure that filmmakers properly portray the look of the hindu gods. Thirumal said,”If we let this continue, the younger generation won’t know that Hanuman isn’t human. We will have to prove otherwise, even when it comes to other Gods like Ganesh and Varaha Swami when they make whatever they want to make money. We cannot let that happen“.
