Actress Malvika Mohanan has recently been giving interview for promoting her new movie Yudhra which was released on 20th September 2024.She during her interaction with Galatta India revealed many things about her including her diet, fitness,daily routine and many more.
Malvika Mohanan being actress has maintained a great physique.She revealed that like other actress she starts her day by having warm water with lemon and recently she started eating 3-4 dates,she also informed that eating dates brought improvement in her skin tone and improved brain functioning i.e. increased focus.
In the breakfast Malvika has kept her meal simple which compulsary includes black coffee along with poha mostly and occasionally eggs.Actress being from southern part of country,she tries to keep her diet simple and of Indian origin.Actress lunch includes low carbs and more of protein. In the night she prefers mostly protein sources such as grilled chicken or panner burji along with roti or rice and she expressed her love for rice.
Above mentioned was diet side now coming to workout Malvika does various types of workouts which include cardio, strength training, some sort of martial arts and occasional yoga.
From the interview we can say that diet and workout followed by Malvika Mohanan is much easier than other actresses and can be easy followed by others.
