The numerous FIR cases have been registered against the Influencer and YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia regarding his vulgar comments on the India’s Got Latent show.
The Influencer and YouTuber, Ranveer Allahbadia aka Beer biceps have now turned towards the Supreme Court of India regarding the multiple FIR cases made against him. The FIRs have been registered against Ranveer Allahbadia in reference to the vulgar statement given by him on the India’s Got Latent show.
Abhinav Chandrachud, the lawyer of Ranveer Allahbadia, filed a petition in Supreme Court of India, to gather all the FIRs registered against him in different states together, Ranveer Allahbadia has also applied for the anticipatory bail as the Guwahati Police has issued a warrant against the people involved in the India’s Got Latent show. The legal team of Ranveer Allahbadia filled a petition for conducting an early hearing.
Sanjiv Khanna, the chief Justice of India has rejected the request of granting the immediate hearing as the hearing date has already been allocated to the case and suggested the legal team of Ranveer to visit court registry for the further details.
The FIR has been registered against Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay Raina and the others of the Indian’s Got Latent show in Guwahati, Assam and the Assam Police have now arrived in the Mumbai for Ranveer Allahbadia and they have given four days time for Samay Raina to be present in front of the Police as he is currently in United States for his venture over there.The Ranveer Allahbadia – Samay Raina controversy has reached another level, the MP of Maharashtra, has raised the issue and demanded that some sort of restrictions should be imposed on the social media content to avoid violations.
The controversy happened as Ranveer Allahbadia in Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent show asked a contestant that the person would see having the parents have sex for a lifetime or enter to stop them.
