The Bollywood actors Shreyas Talpade, Aloknath and 13 other people were accused and a case has been filed on them for bluffing in criminal breach of trust. The case has been filed against them under the sections of 316(2), 318(2), 318(4) of the Indian law book.
A FIR was filled against the stars Shreyas Talpade and Aloknath on 22nd January, the case was filled on them for manipulating and convincing the people to invest their huge amount of hard earned money. The Commissioner of Police, Murthal revealed that the police department is checking the involvement of these celebrities in the case.
The FIR has been registered by Vipul Antil, Sonipat Haryana. He has filled the case mainly against Human Welfare Credit Co -operative Society, which is registered in Indore under Multi- State Co-operative Societies Act 2002, Vipul Antil has imposed charges that the Human Welfare society has been bluffing the investors since 2016. Vipul Antil revealed that the societies firstly announced and promised the high rates on FD and later deceived the customers, Vipul disclosed that he had invested over Rs 33 Lakhs and now the societies are creating issues to the customers.
Now as the official complaint has been registered, the police department has entered and they are trying to sort the matter and check whether really these bollywood actors are involved or not in the matter.
