Rakul Preet Singh, as an actress, strictly follows a diet and avoids eating fast food and processed food. Rakul revealed that she starts her day with a glass of hot water in the morning, followed by Cinnamon tea or Turmeric tea, then she consumes 5 soaked almonds, 1 soaked walnut and ghee tea. The dinner Rakul consume consists of less carbs and more protein, which includes Sabzi, she eats her dinner around 7 p.m. daily. Rakul Preet Singh also revealed that she drinks daily 3-4 litres of water.
